Check-in was frustratingly slow, taking an hour with only two staff at the reception desk. The hotel has only two elevators for 26 floors, leading to elevator waits of up to 15 minutes during peak times. Finding a parking spot was a hassle due to limited availability, and the restaurant area felt cramped, diminishing the dining experience.

During my stay, the Wi-Fi connectivity was consistently poor, making it impossible to work effectively. Despite my complaints to the staff, there seemed to be no improvement, and it left me feeling extremely frustrated. Additionally, while the room was spacious with the necessary amenities, the overall environment felt a bit lacking due to the dark surroundings and limited options for dining nearby.

I stayed for 1 night in a One Bedroom Beautiful room. The space was excellent and even had a microwave and fridge! The soundproofing was solid. I slept like a baby. Their breakfast buffet was tasty, just a bit repetitive over longer stays. 😊
